(Langley HS Wind Symphony, after rockin' the house at MENC in Minneapolis.)

To everyone in the band, Bob, Tom, Jonathan, and of course, Mr. G himself...THANK YOU. I had a great time with you all this past week, and am honored to have been a part of the whole event and to have written "Dusk" for you. I truly hope you enjoyed playing it. I certainly enjoyed listening to you, and I wish you all the very best. I look forward to next time (Hawaii? ;)

Live from the Mall of America in Minneapolis, MN:

I'm at the MENC Conference, spending a few minutes being a good consumer, and thought I'd drop a line from the Apple Store.

Things are looking good for the performance tomorrow afternoon - the Langley HS Wind Symphony is a rockin' group - for once, my piece is the easiest thing on the program! The concert's tomorrow (Friday) at 3pm - come on by if you can - it's going to be an exciting program!

Howdy from Texas!!

I've been down here at Tarleton State University (Stephenville) for a couple of days, getting ready for the concert tonight! The Wind Ensemble is doing ImPercynations, MetaMarch, and Chester Leaps In, and the Concert Band is doing Interruption Overture, and I'm conducting all of them. They're great - as long as I stay out of the way and don't screw up, everything will be great! If anyone's in the DFW area, please come on down tonight (not like there's a basketball game going on or anything). Concert starts at 7:30pm (Clyde Wells auditorium).
